TKC Distilling sued by two major creditors
TKC Distilling Co., LLC (TKC), a Delaware limited liability corporation, has been sued by two large creditors in Jefferson County Circuit Court. The lawsuits relate to TKC’s planned bourbon distillery and visitor experience at the former Edgewood Farm. According to court records, Luckett & Farley Architects alleges it is the primary architect hired to design the Versailles distillery and visitor center for TKC, and is seeking $936,337 it says is still owed on a promissory note TKC signed
