I dag vitnet Regina Brajkovic som forsvarsvitne. Hun er sauebonde og leder i rovviltutvalget til Bonde- og Småbrukarlaget.
I perioden mellom 2019 og 2021 samlet hun inn prøver fra ulv som ble sendt til det tyske laboratoriet ForGen for analyse. Prosjektet omfattet totalt 203 norske prøver, hovedsakelig avføringsprøver og ble finansiert gjennom en egen innsamlingskonto opprettet av Småbrukarlaget.
