Custodian explains why he was caught living in Albany middle school
A custodian found living in an Albany middle school says that he was simply trying to find a temporary place to stay that would be better for his children. Timothy Walters, 36, has been charged with trespassing. Police said he was living in Hackett Middle School from September of last year through April 26.
