前台糖董事長吳乃仁因涉及台糖土地出售案背信罪入獄服刑，民事賠償責任至今仍未完全履行。台北地方法院今（3）日簽發拘票拘提吳乃仁到案，不過目前並未拘提到吳乃仁。國民黨立委謝龍介表示，賴清德過去曾擔保吳乃仁清白，如同支票背書，若票主走了就要找背書人，因此喊話賴總統，吳乃仁若沒付就是賴清德要付。
