全台平均購屋屋齡31.7年創高！台北最貴也最老 台南這區六都最年輕

房價越來越貴，房子也越買越老。114年第4季全台住宅買賣平均屋齡已來到31.7年創歷史新高，六都又以台北最老，達31.7年，各行政區中，則以台南善化最年輕，僅約14年。台灣房屋集團趨勢中心執行長張旭嵐表示，老屋通常具備價格、機能等優勢，但也有維修成本等問題，購屋族應審慎評估，不過，房價居高不下，未來恐逐漸形成「老人住老屋」社會現象，宜密切觀察。（陳韋帆）
