خطت شركة راينميتال الألمانية خطوة كبيرة أخرى على طريق تحولها إلى شركة متخصصة بشكل خالص في الصناعات الدفاعية.
وأعلنت الشركة التي يقع مقرها في مدينة دوسلدورف بغرب ألمانيا، اليوم الأربعاء، أنها وقّعت عقداً لبيع الجزء الأكبر من قسم توريد مكونات السيارات إلى شركة الاستثمار الصناعية "أيكويتا" التي يقع مقرها في مدينة ميونخ، جنوبي ألمانيا.
ومن المقرر إتمام الصفقة في الربع الرابع من العام، وتبلغ قيمة الصفقة 350 مليون يورو. ويعمل في الجزء المُباع نحو 6200 شخص، في حين سيبقى 34 ألف شخص يعملون تحت سقف
