Schenectady Police are investigating after a man was found with a serious stab wound and no arrests have been made.
Police said said officers responded around 10 p.m. June 2 near State Street for a report of an adult man with a stab wound to the neck. Officers gave him initial medical care before Schenectady Fire Department paramedics treated him at the scene.
