県は３日、台風６号による農林水産業の被害報告（第１報）で、被害総額が８２６８万円に上ると発表した。花卉（かき）は現段階で５７万円となっているが、南城市の農家では６月２３日の「慰霊の日」を前に出荷を控えていたトルコギキョウが大きな被害を受けており、被害額はさらに膨らむ可能性がある。
